Shipping Policy
After you place an order, please allow 2-5 business days for processing. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
FREE USA Domestic Shipping via USPS Flat Rate
We use USPS as our mail carrier for all shipments within the US. Free standard USPS flat rate shipping, which includes tracking and basic USPS flat rate insurance, is available for all domestic orders. If you would like to add additional insurance to your order, please Contact Us.
International Shipping
For international orders outside the USA, international shipping fees will apply. We will contact you to finalize this charge.
Returns Policy

If you wish to return your order, please note that due to the unique nature of our specialty collector decks, returns are only accepted under specific circumstances. If your return is initially approved, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Additionally, it needs to be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Process
If you have a problem and would like to inquire about returning your item, please Contact Us with your order number, phone number, and reason for the return, and we will respond to you as soon as possible.
You will be liable for any return shipping charges.
Refunds
If your item is eligible for a return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items
Only regularly priced items may be eligible for refund consideration. Sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
